Don't write reviews, but this one is a must! Let me mention that I'm a real estate Broker myself, therefore I hired Dawn since I was moving to a new area and needed someone with local knowledge. Dawn not only explained pros and cons of every town, neighborhood, schools, lifestyle but also negotiated a great deal on the house that I ended up buying. She helped with every aspect of the purchase, way beyond that realtors usually do. She has deep knowledge of the market, pricing, trends, very well organized and an excellent negotiator. Dawn is a very professional real estate agent. The very first time my husband and I met with Dawn, was to see one of her property listings. From the time we contracted with Dawn to sell our home, she did everything to stage the home. Dawn provided us with several suggestions to assist her in the staging on our end and we did them. I am a long time real estate and business attorney; I had to forclose on a mortgage investment for a sizeable home in Coral Springs which needed rehab and a long time friend and property manager recommended that I list the property with Dawn Elias. I have a long held skepticism about real estate agents and brokers and found over the yearsvery few of them who I believed really knew how to work a deal, how to be diligent and to push for something beyond just getting a listing. Dawn immediately exceeded my expectations by taking an active role in suggesting cost effective improvements ..mostly cosmetic; she worked up all the comparables for proper pricing of the listing; she actually contacted recommended service providers and contractors from the Coral Springs area (which I was not very familiar with) and each of them were responsive, reasonably priced and did the needed task without any problem; she handled contract negotiations and pricing in what I felt was a very capable manner to achieve the best price..and she navigated with me thru several problems which arose prior to closing..including some title and open permit issues. She remained involved post closing, as to certain agreed post closing followup items. Bottom line..Dawn "earned her keep" and it has been a rare occasion in the past where I felt I could say that about Brokers or broker associates I have worked with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Broward ..South PalmBeach area.
